Monthly Volume
Requirements - Alternate term for monthly qualifications (or quotas)
to collect commissions.
Personal
Sales - Services (or in the future) products purchased by you
for resale to others on a face-to-face basis. In some cases this
may include products and services you purchase and use yourself
under reasonable consumption laws.
Pay Periods
- Sponsoring bonuses are paid weekly with a weeks delay before issuance.
The Unilevel, Infinity Bonus, and Bonus pools are paid monthly on
the 10th of the month for the previous month (or the following workday
if the 10th falls on a weekend).
Placement
Position - The existing Advisor whom the new Advisor is placed
under.
Qualifications
- Overall quotas set for monthly goals to collect commissions and
achieve higher ranks.
Quota
- The number value to get monthly to achieve qualification.
Rank
- The hierarchy of titles. Higher ranks are achieved by larger sales
volumes. The greater your Group Volume the higher your ranks automatically
goes provided you meet monthly Personal Sales requirements.

Retail Profits
- The difference between wholesale that you pay for a product and
what you sell it for at retail prices. Strategic Advisors is primarily
selling services without a retail price. Later products may be added
to the company lineup that includes a retail price.
Roll-Up
and Compression - A generous method the company has instated
by which a vacancies (caused by failures to qualify) in a Marketing
Organization are "automatically filled up which results in
you collecting up to 15% more income. Roll-Up is when an Advisor
position is lapsed or cancelled. Compression is when an Advisor
fails to qualify monthly.
Sponsor
- Used to identify the person who helps sign an Advisor
to the Strategic Assets business. Sometimes also called the talker,
salesperson, or trainer.
Suggested
Retail Price - Services that the Company sells do not have a
retail price. Retail prices cannot be fixed by law on Products that
may be sold in the future. The retail prices shown on the order
sheets are suggested only. Advisors free to sell products at free
market prices, however services are fixed prices and not flexible.
Discounting by giving the buyer a portion of your commission is
not illegal, however it is not encouraged and the company in no
way will participate in the process.
Title
- Indicates your rank in the complete Company Marketing Organization.
The higher your monthly Group Volume the higher your title.
